We have also established a clear exchange and return policy that guarantees our customers' rights and provides them with a worry-free and seamless shopping experience, because your satisfaction and trust are the foundation of our continued success and growth.

  • Coffee products cannot be returned as they are a consumer product, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect or flaw.
  • Coffee products can only be exchanged if there is an error in the order on the part of the store.

If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order, please contact us via WhatsApp messages within 48 hours of receiving the order.
